Program content

Day 1 — Leadership Identity
We begin by anchoring your leadership in self-awareness and personal power.
You will:
– Define your leadership and personal learning goals
– Get introduced to the Purpose-Driven Leadership Compass
– Explore and reflect on your leadership identity
– Focus on intrinsic motivation, archetypes, and core strengths
– Learn to apply up- and downchunking as a practical thinking tool

Day 2 — Leadership Purpose
Turn insight into direction. Deepen your sense of purpose and connect it to strategy.
You will:
– Reflect on key insights from Day 1
– Understand the building blocks of purpose: innovation, legacy, strategic thinking
– Connect identity and purpose in a way that feels meaningful and actionable
– Apply practical tools like DESTEP, Mindmapping, Blue/Red Ocean Strategy,
Porter’s Five Forces, and Abell’s Framework to bring purpose into focus

Day 3 — Integration
We bring it all together — your purpose, your path, and the practical tools to move forward.
You will:
– Summarize and integrate your leadership purpose into future plans
– Use the Heyoka Approach to challenge limiting beliefs and patterns
– Accelerate your leadership growth through clear goal-setting
– Learn to work with difficult emotions and the learning pit
– Build the inner and outer resources to lead with clarity, strength, and direction
