Peter Drucker once said, “Culture eats strategy for breakfast.” This means that even the most brilliant strategy will falter without the support of a strong, aligned culture – essentially, our habits and the way we do things.

In our International High-Performance Teams program, we guide teams using a Team Dynamic Compass to help them reach higher levels of purpose. We also provide a Value Compass to determine the value we deliver to our stakeholders and how to align our strategic projects accordingly. Finally, we address the challenge of integrating new behaviors and unlearning old habits.

While this is a lot for a team to take on, it provides them with a clear and solid direction for the future.
