I believe the key drivers of lasting value—both in business and in life—are purpose, vitality and creativity. This coaching helps you reconnect with what really drives you. We look at your strengths, your natural role, your deeper motivation—and build from there.

You’ll work on your personal vision, explore what’s next, and see how you can align with emerging trends, technologies, and a more balanced way of living.

The world of work is shifting. Many now lead remotely, across hybrid teams or from places closer to nature. This program is made for that context.

It also supports you in building resilience and energy. We work on practical skills, clearing limiting patterns, and drawing from deeper sources of vitality—like joy, peace and clarity.

Intake/details

  • The Executive career coaching program is between 5 -7 sessions of 1.5 hours (digitally, hybrid or offline).
  • I offer between 3 -5 places per year. You can write me an email in privacy to tom@tomoor.nl 
  • We can do intake digitally or at my practice, feel welcome to reach out (I work with groups, respond often within 48 hours)
